At the water pump outlet of the chemical plant, rubber joints are used with pump valves. For the working conditions of high vibration and large impact force, double-sphere rubber joints are selected to enhance shock absorption and protect pipelines and valve interfaces. Before construction, the rubber joints and valve interfaces are inspected. During installation, the distance is ensured to be ≥ 1m, EPDM gaskets are used to tighten bolts diagonally. After installation, the pipeline vibration amplitude is greatly reduced, extending the service life of equipment and valves by 30% and meeting industrial operation requirements.
